Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in data analysis and presentation tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Statistical Process / Quality Control experience.
• Reporting tool (Power BI/Spotfire/Tableau) and ETL expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives with business users and analysts to develop reporting on manufacturing, service, and efficiency metrics.
• Summarize the results of queries in a common format.
• Maintain accuracy and frequency of the reports with Supply Chain and Manufacturing leaders.
• Establish processes for ongoing distribution of reports.
• Publish the reports regularly.
• Build/Maintain metrics databases for trend reporting.
• Monitor report effectiveness and coordinate improvements.
