Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the solutions as needed.
• Research new technology capabilities under direction from existing team members.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support business processes and resolve issues.
• Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to complete an Action Learning Project.
