Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, and testing of data pipelines and automated processes to reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.
• Analyze current-state data workflows and document bottlenecks and dependencies to guide improvements.
• Prepare, transform, and organize data for dashboards and reporting, including Power BI support.
• Collaborate with analytics, customer experience, regulatory, and knowledge management teams to gather requirements.
• Contribute to research and recommendations by comparing tools and preparing leadership materials.
