Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT and 1 year in related IT/data roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Experience designing dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with child welfare or human services data systems.
• Knowledge of R or Python for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize relational databases and data models.
• Write SQL queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines for reporting.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis and support program evaluations with IT tools.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements.
