Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience including 3 years focused on data analytics in social service programs.
• Experience with public health or social programs and large administrative data.
• Experience designing or implementing AI tools or models to enhance data analysis, automation, or insights.
• Experience developing key performance indicators in social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Designs, manages, and analyzes data systems to support data-driven decision making across multiple disciplines and programs.
• Develops Python code and manages a GitHub repository.
• Designs data analytic tools, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau and Python.
• Contributes to KPI development and tracking across projects in public health and social programs.
• Harmonizes and cleans large datasets to perform descriptive and inferential analyses with SAS, R, Stata, Python.
