Job summary

CNA’s Data Analytics Summer Internship Program offers a 10–12 week development experience in advanced analytics, data modeling and strategic research across CNA’s business units. A dedicated manager and mentor provide guidance, with opportunities to meet senior leaders and contribute to real projects.

Open to sophomores, juniors, seniors or first-year masters students in related fields, with a 3.0 GPA. Hybrid location in Chicago and potential for full-time placement after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore, junior or senior (or first-year Master's) in a related field.
• Minimum 3.00 GPA (overall and major).
• Interest in the insurance industry and analytics.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and problem-solving aptitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on analytics, data modeling and strategic research projects.
• Partner with managers and mentors across CNA business units.
• Learn about CNA’s analytics role in profitability and growth.
