Job summary

You will participate in analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience through planning, execution, and evaluation of real-world projects that influence decision-making in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics or related field.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Ability to work 38.75 hours per week.
• Clear and effective communication in a collaborative setting.
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience through planning, execution, and evaluation of real-world projects in the insurance industry.
• Summarize and present the capstone internship experience with project accomplishments and learnings.
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment supporting strategic and departmental goals.
• Develop understanding of enterprise data architecture and BI concepts.
