Job summary

AgCountry Farm Credit Services is seeking a Data & Analytics Intern to work alongside engineers on meaningful projects within a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be part of a full-stack data lifecycle team delivering data products using advanced analytics and capabilities.

You will explore data streaming, integration, development, architecture, BI, and operations, collaborating with multiple teams to learn best practices and contribute to impactful analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• GPA minimum of 3.0.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business units, product management and technical teams.
• Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions focused on analytics.
• Contribute to data-driven reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Support automation and reliability of AI-driven analytics.
• Develop enterprise dashboards to communicate data insights.

Education

Our Data & Analytics Intern will work side-by-side with engineers and get started on meaningful work right away. You will be part of a full-stack, data lifecycle team focused on delivering data products using advanced analytics and data capabilities. You will be challenged and provided with tremendous growth opportunities, learning the primary responsibilities of various data lifecycle positions including Data streaming, Data Integration, Data development, Data Architecture. Business Intelligence, Data Operations, Data Management, Business Information Management, and collaborating with various teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage with business units, product management, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions focusing on advanced analytics
• Collaborate on projects that utilize data-driven reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize business requirements through automation and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate the development of data to assist in reporting and creation of enterprise dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Acquire skills in design, development, integration, and analytics by collaborating with other data, application development and product teams adhering to or adapting established methodologies and best practices.
• Utilize appropriate tools and adhere to best practices to implement automation and ensure the reliability of AI-driven analytics

Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or MIS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree.
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.
