Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit offers a 12-week summer data internship designed to immerse students in data lifecycle roles. You’ll work with teams across data streaming, integration, development, architecture, BI, and data operations to build enterprise dashboards and analytics solutions.

Gain hands-on experience by collaborating with data and product teams while learning best practices for automation and AI-driven analytics in a real-world, cooperative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, MIS, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.
• Relocation assistance is available.
• Qualified interns will receive a competitive hourly wage and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business units, product management, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions focusing on advanced analytics.
• Collaborate on projects that utilize data-driven reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize requirements through automation and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in developing data for reporting and enterprise dashboards communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Learn design, development, integration, and analytics by working with data, application development and product teams.
• Learn and apply best practices to implement automation and ensure reliability of AI-driven analytics.

Job Summary

You will be challenged and provided with tremendous growth opportunities, learning the primary responsibilities of various data lifecycle positions including Data streaming, Data Integration, Data development, Data Architecture. Business Intelligence, Data Operations, Data Management, Business Information Management, and collaborating with various teams.

• Engage with business units, product management, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions focusing on advanced analytics
• Collaborate on projects that utilize data-driven reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize business requirements through automation and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate the development of data to assist in reporting and creation of enterprise dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Acquire skills in design, development, integration, and analytics by collaborating with other data, application development and product teams adhering to or adapting established methodologies and best practices.
• Utilize appropriate tools and adhere to best practices to implement automation and ensure the reliability of AI-driven analytics

Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or MIS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree.
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
