Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit in Omaha, NE is offering a 12-week summer internship where you will work on real projects and contribute to underwriting and decisioning in Corporate and Commercial teams. You will learn to analyze financial information from systems and support timely reporting.

You must be pursuing a degree in Accounting, Agricultural Economics, Business, or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to analyze financial information out of appropriate systems to initiate the underwriting and decisioning
• Assist in monitoring direct, bought and sold loans within the Corporate and Commerical teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Master the art of following through – reaching out to customers and lead-lenders upon identification of non-receipt of financial information.
• Discover how to comprehend potential financial trends and how to communicate your findings accordingly.
