Job summary

The University of South Carolina is seeking an Institutional Research Analyst to transform institutional data into accurate, meaningful information for reporting and compliance. You will work with Banner, PeopleSoft, and other data sources to deliver critical insights across the university.

You will prepare mandatory reports, collaborate across campuses, and enhance data quality and consistency to inform strategic decisions and policy development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with higher education data, compliance reporting, or accreditation is preferred.
• Strong data validation and documentation skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Work with data from multiple systems to prepare key state, federal, and external reports.
• Collaborate with campus partners to strengthen data quality and consistency.
• Translate complex data into actionable information for decision making.
