Job summary

Maricopa County in Arizona is seeking a Data Management Analyst to provide analytical and technical support to the Court Technology Services department. You will maintain data quality, generate reports, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of analytical experience; proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python is expected, with familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
• Experience: Two (2) years of professional analytical experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of data collection, statistics, data sources, and data platforms
• Skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, SAS; ability to use AI tools to support analysis

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of large and complex data sets and prepares clear reports
• Collaborates with subject matter experts across CTS and the organization
• Maps and streamlines processes with departmental staff
• Solicits customer feedback and conducts needs assessments
• Applies analytical skills to monitor trends and make recommendations
• Maintains strategic portfolio artifacts and delivers high-quality presentations
• Leverages Copilot and Claude to streamline data analysis and reporting
• Queries data and responds to internal/external stakeholder requests
• Maintains dashboards and data visualizations; supports CTS initiatives
• Participates in mentorship and cross-training within Data Integrity and Analytics
