Job summary

Maricopa County seeks a Data Integrity & Analytics Manager to lead a team of researchers in delivering high-level analyses and reports. You will oversee data from court and probation systems, design surveys, and drive research to support strategic goals.

The role requires strong data skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences. A master’s degree is preferred and a path to professional growth within the Judicial Branch is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field specified.
• Five years of professional or academic research/analysis experience, with two years of supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection, performance measurement, and case management within corrections.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present data clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of researchers and analysts, including hiring and performance management.
• Sets DIA unit priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversees data collection and analysis from court and probation systems; designs surveys and reports.
• Plans and manages internal program evaluation projects.
• Supports evidence-based practices across the Judicial Branch.
• Gathers data to respond to stakeholder requests and tracks progress toward strategic goals.
• Consults with divisions on measurement development and represents the department in assessments.
• Leads special projects and collaborates with other departments to foster a data-driven culture.
