Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Databricks, automation technologies, or data engineering concepts.
• Experience developing analytical models, workflows, automation solutions, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences.
