Job summary

The State of Michigan is seeking a data analysis and program evaluation specialist for the MEAP and related low-income energy assistance programs. You will oversee data collection, reporting, and analysis to support program decisions.

You will develop evaluation processes, coordinate data development and software configuration, and visualize results through dashboards and other formats, working with multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major required.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years at the P11 level or one year at the 12 level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection and reporting processes for MEAP and the LIEAF/MCL 460.11(2) programs.
• Develop and implement evaluation processes for MEAP Program grants and related programs.
• Consolidate, analyze, interpret, summarize, and visualize historical, geospatial and inter-program data from multiple sources.
• Lead committee work to define data definitions, elements and process flows; ensure data quality and integrity.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to inform program decisions and performance.
