Qualifications

• 5 years of test data analysis within automotive sector or related experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in MATLAB programming, including function development, large dataset processing, and plotting.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MATLAB-based analysis content functions, writing clean, tested code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into MATLAB solutions and dashboard visuals.
• Suggest relevant visualizations and analysis to document fleet use.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and code comments.
• Stay current with MATLAB and related technologies; identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
