Job summary

WiCi AI is seeking a Data Analyst or Software Engineer Intern to help build the data infrastructure behind our developer platform, marketing activities, and product growth.

You will work across product, developer experience, marketing, and business operations to turn data into clear insights and practical decisions, with a focus on dashboards, pipelines, and analytics across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with data tools such as pandas, NumPy, notebooks, databases, or visualization platforms.
• Basic understanding of statistics, experimentation, product analytics, or data modeling.
• Ability to write clean, reliable code and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work with incomplete or messy data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze developer-platform activity and retention metrics.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for product, developer, marketing, and business metrics.
• Create reliable data pipelines from websites, campaigns, APIs, and internal systems.
• Analyze marketing performance across channels and user acquisition.
• Study developer behavior and identify onboarding friction points.
• Define and track metrics for product launches and growth experiments.
• Support segmentation, funnel, cohort analysis, and attribution.
• Develop lightweight internal tools to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into product improvements.
