Job summary

Resultant is seeking a driven Summer Intern to join our Chicago team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional groups on client projects, gather and analyze data, and build visuals using Power BI or Tableau.

This role emphasizes hands-on learning, AI-enabled tooling, and practical problem solving to drive outcomes for clients across public and private sectors. You will work alongside mentors, participate in group projects, and gain exposure to our AI-native delivery approach while developing

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, graduating Spring 2028.
• Summer internship start date in June 2027.
• Must live in the Chicago, IL area during summer 2027.
• Expectation of 3 days in office per week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, asking clarifying questions and presenting findings.
• Identify, gather and prepare data using SQL, spreadsheets, and basic scripting.
• Apply analytical techniques to uncover trends addressing client needs.
• Create data visualizations using Power BI/Tableau or spreadsheets.
• Document requirements and translate insights into actionable plans and designs.
• Participate in testing activities and validate results including AI-assisted outputs.
• Use AI copilots to accelerate research while ensuring accuracy.
