Job summary

Byline Bank is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions across the enterprise. You will analyze data assets, provide platform support, and help improve data quality, security, and governance.

The role requires 4+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and BI tool experience, and a track record in data warehousing. Hybrid work with occasional Schaumburg in-office days is available; compensation reflects market norms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on development using MS SQL Server, Oracle, or other database technologies.
• 3+ years of experience developing analytics with SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
• 2+ years of experience in data warehouse architecture and ETL processes; DBT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement standards and best practices.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, data integrations, and visualizations.
• Develop queries to extract, load, and transform data.
