Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on development with MS SQL Server, Oracle, or other DB tech; Snowflake/Databricks is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement standards and best practices for data analytics assets.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, data integrations, and visualizations.
• Design and implement database models (Relational, Dimensional, Star/Snowflake).
• Prepare process and data flow diagrams and technical documentation.
• Perform data profiling, audits, and UAT with stakeholders.
• Support enterprise analytics usage and data governance across the organization.
