Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine, CA is seeking a hands-on data engineer/BI engineer to develop and support data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions that empower reliable business decisions. You will work across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other sources, partnering with Finance and analytics teams to ensure data is accessible, governed, and optimized for Power BI dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Hands-on Power BI development and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain data pipelines across enterprise apps.
• Build scalable data models and ETL/ELT processes for reporting.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerts.
• Develop Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports.
• Support and evolve the Microsoft Fabric environment.
