Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor in Irvine, CA seeks a hands-on Data Engineer to build and support data pipelines, models, and BI solutions. You will work across ERP, CRM, e-commerce/B2B, and other sources, partnering with Finance and analysts to ensure clean, governed data for reporting and analytics.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and Power BI skills, experience with Databricks, and a desire to grow toward broader data architecture responsibilities within a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and working with relational/analytical datasets.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT pipelines, transformations and data models.
• Proficient in Python for data engineering and automation.
• Hands-on Power BI experience for dashboards and semantic models.
• Experience with cloud data platforms or data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines across ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
• Build scalable data models and ETL/ELT processes for reliable reporting.
• Implement orchestration, monitoring, and data-quality checks.
• Develop and support Power BI datasets, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, analysts, and tech partners to meet reporting needs.
• Support evolution of data architecture and governance practices.
