Job summary

Joy Baking Group is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to advance the enterprise data and analytics platform. You will build Fabric lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models, integrate diverse data sources, and deliver BI reporting across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and scalable analytics, with AI-enabled initiatives on the horizon. Ideal candidates have a strong SQL foundation, Power BI experience, and familiarity with Fabric/Azure data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data/analytics related field
3+ years in data, analytics, BI, data engineering or related experience
Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals
Experience with Power BI or similar BI tool
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Dataverse

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines and semantic models
Integrate D365, WMS, OTTO, EDI, manufacturing, IoT into analytics platform
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive, finance, supply-chain, and manufacturing users
Support KPIs like OEE, downtime, yield, and line performance
Develop reusable data models and enforce reporting standards
Implement data-quality checks, reconciliation routines, and monitoring
