Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Dataflows, Notebooks, Semantic Models).
• Strong Power BI development including dashboards, data modeling, DAX.
• Experience with Python and/or Databricks for data transformation and pipelines.
• Experience building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong SQL and modern data architecture understanding.
• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.

Job description

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to support the development and enhancement of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data solutions. This role will focus on building data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, while leveraging Python and/or Databricks to enable data transformation and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering business intelligence solutions, a strong understanding of modern data platforms, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to improve productivity and accelerate solution delivery. This position will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and actionable data insights.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
• Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and reporting.
• Experience with Python and/or Databricks for data transformation, pipeline development, and analytics.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of modern data architecture concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development and improve productivity.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or laboratory environments.
• Exposure to OSI PI or other industrial data platforms.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and modern data platform best practices.
