JOB DUTIES:

Support Digital & Technology to conceptualize, validate, and create various reporting and data analytics-related solutions using OSIsoft PI, Python, Oracle, ODI, and other data analytics-based tools. Work closely with customers and team members to understand and define the requirements for algorithms to perform programming and develop software solutions to summarize the data. Collaborate with the Digital Reporting Expert to define and configure integrations between OSIsoft PI, SSIS, Oracle Data Integrator, and/or Python platforms. Work with architects to deploy programs or algorithms on virtual servers. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance programming applications for various data science needs. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.

EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), Data Analytics, or a closely related field with thirty-six (36) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant, Analyst, Developer, Data Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a closely related area.

EXPERIENCE:

Thirty-six (36) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant, Analyst, Developer, Programmer, Data Engineer, Data Science Engineer, or Data Analyst in a very closely related area. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within the USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirements that cannot be currently anticipated. The employer provides information technology services to various clients in the USA, and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
