Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Data Analytics Director to provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise reporting, analytics modernization, and performance management. This role transforms operational and financial data into actionable insights that support executive decision making and mission execution.

You will lead analytics initiatives, develop data strategies, governance, and KPI reporting, consolidate data from SharePoint, SAM, FSMS, and other platforms, and design executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field and 8 years of related experience.
• Minimum 8 years supporting DHS or DoD environments.
• Minimum 8 years of data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or performance management experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.

• Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
