Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a high-performing team supporting an Army customer. This position requires a DoD Secret Clearance and will develop Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions for the government.

You will collaborate with the DSA team and subcontractors to deliver robust data visualizations and automated workflows, contributing to documentation and training resources to support operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Power Apps development experience
• 1–5 years Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation
• Advanced SharePoint Online experience within the M365 ecosystem
• Foundational knowledge in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 tools experience
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred or to be acquired within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions
• Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage expectations
• Design, build, and maintain model‑driven/canvas Power Apps to support operations
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency
• Author and contribute to technical documentation and training resources
• Requirements definition and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage project details and provide status updates

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a high‑performing team supporting an Army customer. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance. The Power Platform Developer will work as part of a team that develops and delivers Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and data visualization solutions to the government customer. The role supports a dynamic organization that collaborates with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model for a varied customer base. Required Qualifications

• Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
• 3‑5 years Power Apps development and delivery experience
• 1‑5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation
• Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the M365 ecosystem
• Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Intermediate to advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
• CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred upon hire, but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well‑qualified candidates)
• Computing Environment (CE) related to the position (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 certifications); certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well‑qualified candidates

Desired Qualifications

• Experience building model‑driven applications in Power Apps
• Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
• Understanding of Power BI Premium workspaces
• Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements

• Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling

Salary

Salary Pay Range: $110,000 – $132,000 USD
