Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a data analytics engineer to support analytics across enterprise data lakes and BI platforms. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure data quality and governance through metadata and lineage documentation.

You will work with Databricks, ODI, SQL, and Python to transform large datasets and deliver scalable reporting solutions. Ideal candidates have a technical bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in data analytics or BI with hands-on experience in Power BI,

• Three or more years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or BI initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Strong expertise with Databricks, ODI, SQL, Python, and data integration/quality.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.


• Three (3) or more years of professional experience supporting data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or business intelligence initiatives.


• Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.


• Strong expertise with:

• Data quality validation and monitoring


• Metadata management and documentation

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, OAS, Tableau, or similar BI tools.


• Knowledge of production support processes, including pipeline monitoring, issue resolution, defect management, and operational maintenance.
