Job summary

Resultant is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant Intern for Summer 2027 in Indianapolis. The internship is a 10-week program with in-office 3 days per week, focusing on data analysis, visualization, and client collaboration.

You will gain hands-on experience with AI-assisted tooling, SQL, and data prep, while contributing to real client projects and internal initiatives within Resultant's AI-native delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably graduating Spring 2028.
• Must live in Indianapolis area during Summer 2027.
• In-person 3 days/week in office in Indianapolis.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
• Identify, gather, and prepare data using SQL, spreadsheets, and scripting.
• Apply foundational analytical techniques and simple inferential ideas.
• Create data visualizations or reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Document requirements and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to clarify concepts.
• Assist in testing activities and validate results.
• Utilize AI copilots and prompting to accelerate research while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain project documentation and team communications.
