Job summary

Miller-Cooper- is seeking a Consultant in Chicago to lead data analytics engagements, transform data into actionable insights, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will guide client discovery, design scalable analytics solutions, and collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and project stakeholders.

The role requires 3-5 years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL, and hands-on BI tool experience across Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Domo, and Qlik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, CS, Finance, or Accounting).
• 3-5 years of data analytics, BI, or related experience.
• Strong SQL with complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Qlik).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including leadership-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture objectives, reporting needs, and success criteria.
• Design analytics and data solutions aligned with business requirements and scalable data architectures.
• Own delivery of engagement deliverables, manage project activities, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Support project planning with estimates, SOWs, scope, risk, and timelines; monitor progress and governance.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing guidance and reviewing deliverables.
