Pioneer Management Consulting is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to help clients solve complex issues by bridging technical analytics with business leadership. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with clients to define problems, design solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes rapid delivery, leadership, and the ability to communicate insights across senior stakeholders in a hybrid Denver environment.

Formación

  • 3+ years of data analytics experience including visualization, analytics, modeling and statistics.
  • Experience with PowerApps and Databricks.
  • Consulting or internal consulting experience.
  • Ability to tell compelling data stories using Tableau, Power BI, and/or D3.js.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written).
  • Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
  • Proven skills in the identification and resolution of client challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Sustain: Equip teams with an actionable plan for using data more effectively, resulting in deeper insights, data-informed decisions, and an elevated culture of applying analytics.
  • Client Resolution: Proficient at recognizing and diagnosing client problems.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network.

As aData & Analytics Consultant, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients solve complex issues and delivering exceptional results. A primary responsibility will be working shoulder to shoulder with clients, focusing on some of the most challenging business problems. You will constantly bridge the gap that often exists between technical experts (data scientists, data engineers) and operational and functional experts (senior leaders, frontline managers, finance, HR, sales, marketing, supply chain).

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in data analytics i.e. data visualization, advanced analytics, modeling and statistics

  • Experience with PowerApps and Databricks

  • Consulting or internal consulting experience

  • Ability to tell compelling data stories using Tableau, Power BI, and/or D3.js

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)

  • Proven leadership and teamwork abilities

  • Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments

  • Proven skills in the identification and resolution of client challenges

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Denver Benefits Info: The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $132,000 annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
