Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Data & Analytics Associate to support reporting, dashboard development, data preparation and automation initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics architects, BI developers and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data products and analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, information technology, business analysis or a related area. Internship or project experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards.
• Create basic visualizations, KPI tracking reports and recurring analytics summaries.
• Support business users in understanding available reports, datasets and data assets.
• Validate report results and investigate apparent data discrepancies or unusual trends.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business questions, operational reviews and decision-making.
