Job summary
Par Health is seeking a Data & Analytics Associate to join the Data, Analytics & Automation CoE. Supports reporting, dashboard development, data preparation, and automation initiatives; collaborates with data engineers, BI developers, and stakeholders to deliver trusted data products.
This developmental role offers broad exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and Copilot, helping you build technical, analytical and business skills while contributing to governance and improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Data Analytics or related field.
- 0–3 years in data analytics, BI, IT; internship acceptable.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tool.
- Strong Excel and basic SQL skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn new tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create KPI tracking reports and recurring analytics summaries.
- Assist with data cleansing, profiling, and quality improvement.
- Document data definitions, source systems, and KPI calculations.
- Support automation initiatives using Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.
