Qualifications

• Certifications in analytics, data management, cloud technologies, or project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and related professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Support development and implementation of data analytics strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and vendors to identify opportunities and drive adoption of data-driven solutions.
• Manage planning and execution of data projects, including milestones and risks.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders for decision making.
• Uphold data governance standards for quality, security, and enterprise data assets.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to generate actionable insights and improve processes.
• Promote best practices and continuous learning within the analytics function.
