Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data & Analytics leadership with engineering, architecture, governance and data management.
• Hands-on経験 delivering enterprise-scale data solutions before moving into leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Deep cloud and data platform expertise across modern data ecosystems.
• Experience establishing and scaling Data Products, Data Mesh principles, and governance practices.

• Act as trusted Data & Analytics leader across business functions.
• Translate priorities into Data, Analytics, AI, and Data Product initiatives.
• Scale Data Product delivery model and promote product-centric practices across ADC.
• Drive Data Mesh adoption with domain-oriented ownership.
• Champion modern data engineering and platform excellence in partnership with Architecture/Engineering.
• Define value-driven AI and GenAI opportunities and governance.
• Prioritize portfolio and manage investments to deliver outcomes.
• Guide solution design from concept through delivery and value realization.
