Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Engineer.
• Strong experience using SQL to transform datasets into metrics and insights.
• Experience with ELT processes and methodologies.
• Experience managing databases, including relational architecture and query optimization.
• Empathy and creativity to understand and solve stakeholder problems.
• Passion for data origins, integrity, accuracy, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to support strategy development through data-driven insights.
• Design and build experiments, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve decisions.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and maintain reporting on performance indicators.
• Identify, integrate, and automate new data sources and pipelines.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and relationships between metrics.
• Ensure data practices align with privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Help maintain a single source of truth across core datasets and reporting layers.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and observability across reporting systems.
