Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Data Analyst at Scott AFB, IL to support the Headquarters Cyber Capability Center (HQ CCC). The role focuses on identifying cryptographic capability gaps across space, air, cyber, and ground, and advancing Air Force cryptographic modernization efforts.

The Data Analyst will coordinate government and inter-agency conferences, gather requirements, and develop formal documentation while ensuring secure topics and timely deliverables across multiple

Qualifications

• Must have TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Minimum of two years of advanced staff experience with planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Host Government and inter-agency conferences or workshops with Government approval.
• Plan and support formal and informal requirement-gathering conferences for HQ CCC crypto/cyber programs.
• Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities for CM topics and related research endeavors.
• Handle site selection, announcements, agenda creation, materials, and registration as requested by Government.
• Oversee attendee check-in, security, minutes, and action-item tracking; coordinate with host facility.
• Prepare and deliver conference proceedings and lessons-learned reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
