Description:

Be a part of the nationwide law enforcement initiative that removes the tools of crime from criminal organizations, depriving wrongdoers of proceeds from their crime and impacting the infrastructure of criminal enterprises.

EnProVera, owned and operated by government veterans with extensive backgrounds in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, the Military, and the Intelligence Community, has a vacancy for a Data Analyst supporting the FBI mission.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources.
  • Ensure completeness and reconcile inconsistencies of received information.
  • Accurately input data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain physical files and track case file status to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate requests for additional information.
  • Prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Perform word processing relevant to cases.
  • Provide timely status updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Note: Applicants with an Active Top-Secret Clearance are preferred.

  • Ability to understand the organization and functions of the customer.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications, including databases.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a minimum background investigation of 7 (or 10) years.

Note: The 20% pay differential depends on the customer's service order and requires an Active Top-Secret security clearance.
