Job summary

PMP Strategy USA Inc. seeks a Data Analyst in New York to join our growing North American team.

You will develop data-driven insights across strategy, transaction advisory, and performance improvement engagements, working with our Datalab and senior consultants. You will build dashboards and data products using Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
• Practical experience with Python, Pandas, SQL, and data analysis or automation tools.
• Interest or experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and applications across sectors and use cases.
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Use Python, Pandas, SQL to automate processes and generate insights.
• Create, manage, and query databases in analytical environments.
• Lead data projects from data acquisition to delivery of business conclusions.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support development of data products and analytical tools used across client engagements.
• Contribute to emerging AI initiatives and AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain and improve data products for quality and usability.
• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
