Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst in Atlanta, GA for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on translating business requests into data-driven results, developing complex SQL queries across multiple sources, and identifying key trends and insights to drive business performance.

You will validate data integrity and produce actionable recommendations for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytical roles, experience with SQL, and familiarity with PowerBI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analysis or related quantitative field.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge with joins, timestamps and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requests into data-driven results and recommendations.
• Develop complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns and insights from data to understand performance drivers.
