Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas/NumPy.
• Proficient SQL and data analysis experience.
• Hands-on Power BI and dashboard development.
• Snowflake expertise is required.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
• Understanding of data modeling and warehousing.
• Experience validating data and ensuring quality.
• Ability to translate requirements to analytical solutions.
• Experience with cloud data platforms ( Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse ).
• Strong problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
• Use Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Write and optimize SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Work with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to solutions.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Create ad-hoc reports to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Support predictive analytics and forecasting activities.
• Document metrics, data requirements, and processes.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify improvements for reporting and data quality.
