The Data Analyst/Scientist will support customer analytics and digital products by analyzing large utility datasets, including advanced metering, customer billing, and digital engagement data. This role will identify trends, anomalies, data quality issues, and opportunities while developing dashboards and reports that support business and customer-facing products.
