Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Data Analyst in Boise, ID to support analytics, data products, and AI-enabled solutions.

The role is hybrid with three days onsite weekly and requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements. The candidate will perform SQL-based exploratory data analysis, create documentation, and support agile delivery with clear acceptance criteria while partnering with data engineers and BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, data analytics, computer science, finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in a data analyst, business analyst, BI analyst, product analyst, or similar role.
• 1–2 years of hands-on SQL experience (joins, filters, aggregations, CTEs).
• Strong ability to gather stakeholder requirements and translate into clear docs for technical teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for analytics, reporting, data products, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into structured problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis using SQL to validate assumptions and assess data quality.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to ensure business logic is reflected in delivered solutions.
• Support Agile delivery by writing user stories and acceptance criteria and participating in sprint planning.
