Job summary

Ericsson seeks an experienced Analyst Relations Manager to join the Enterprise Wireless Solutions team. You will coordinate engagement strategies with Global Analyst Relations, drive plans around product launches, and ensure analyst insights guide product and marketing decisions.

You will collaborate with Communications, Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales to shape messaging, manage events, and optimize the analyst program to support business growth. Hybrid Plano/Boise role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Analyst Relations or a related strategic marketing function.
• Experience supporting analyst engagement programs and industry evaluations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analyst engagement strategies with Ericsson's Global Analyst Relations team, including briefings, evaluations and programs.
• Develop annual analyst engagement plans aligned with launches and messaging.
• Identify key analysts and firms relevant to EWS priorities in enterprise networking.
• Plan and lead analyst engagements around product launches and company news.
• Support keystone Analyst Days and analyst-attended events.
• Synthesize analyst insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, Communications, and Sales.
