Current Opportunity:
Conexess Group is assisting a large healthcare client in their search for a Data Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

• Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Business Analytics matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
• Collaborates with business leaders to provide strategic analytics support, identify opportunities, develop solutions, leverage data science, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact to support decision-making.
• Performs complex data research and analysis, including creating data architectures, statistical reporting, and identifying trends in large data sets.
• May conduct in-depth research to innovate in business data analytics.
• Provides thought leadership and technical expertise across disciplines.
• Recognized as the “go-to person” for complex Business Analytics assignments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Data analysis, Databricks, and Python.
• Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Regulatory Grade analytics or Real-world evidence is highly desired.
• Knowledge of healthcare and/or PBM industry is preferred.
