Job summary

Pioneer Central Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. You will analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and collaborate with operations and planning teams to drive data-informed decisions that optimize supply chain performance and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in data analysis or related field and strong skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and programming languages like Python or R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools and programming languages.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to data integrity.
• Experience with data warehousing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure is desirable.
