Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to join the central Data Science and Engineering team. The role focuses on supporting the Data Center Infrastructure Group (DIG) by owning reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely insights to drive operational decisions.

You'll build and maintain dashboards, partner with leaders across construction, real estate, energy, and procurement, and track multi-year projects with multiple vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with a modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow or equivalents).
• Proven experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements and deliver data products.
• Strong SQL skills; daily querying BigQuery or similar systems.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for operational use; familiarity with BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Background in construction, manufacturing, supply chain, or other operationally complex industries.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, or similar) and the data that flows from them.
• Familiarity with master data management concepts and cross-system entity resolution.
• Experience working in a fast-growing company where processes are still being built.
• Python for data analysis is a plus but not required.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate analytical work.

Aufgaben

• Own Reporting & Dashboards; build, maintain, and improve weekly and monthly reports for DIG leadership.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical deliverables.
• Track complex infrastructure projects including progress, cost burn-down, timelines, and financial performance.
• Champion data quality; surface anomalies and coordinate with data engineers to resolve root causes.
• Translate analytical findings into executive-ready narratives for senior leadership.
