Job summary

Noblis seeks a technically skilled analyst to support FAA TIS environments with data analysis, scripting, and cybersecurity expertise. You will automate data collection, validate integrity, and deliver actionable security insights.

You will work with cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams to interpret complex data, build dashboards, and support risk management activities. This role emphasizes collaboration and precise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, CS or related field.
• 0–5 years in cybersecurity, network security, security operations, data analysis, or related IT.
• Strong data analysis to assess large datasets for accuracy and security relevance.
• Experience with scripting languages to automate data collection, validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, Power Query, data validation, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze and validate network security data like firewall rules, configurations, and asset inventories.
• Understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Familiarity with NIST RMF, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with residency.
• Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of network, security, and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop scripts and automated processes to collect, transform, validate, and report on security data.
• Utilize Excel advanced features to support analysis and reporting.
• Perform data integrity assessments of network and security datasets.
• Reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure reliability.
• Create dashboards and visualizations showing security posture and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting accuracy through automation.
• Support Federal cybersecurity initiatives and compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams.
