Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) strongly preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets across multiple applications.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, metadata, and taxonomy standards.
• Experience with asset inventory management and recordkeeping.
• Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy datasets to support data cleanup and consolidation initiatives.
• Perform data mining, validation, and quality control.
• Manage metadata, inventory records, and digital asset information.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reporting to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
