Job summary

Experity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead a team of data analysts and engineers, driving data-driven decisions for healthcare operations across the U.S. The role focuses on data pipelines, BI solutions, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong SQL/ETL, and experience with KPI dashboards and Agile environments. Remote or office-based with hybrid flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: experience in the software development industry.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake.
• Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.
• Work with management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
• Develop and execute project plans to deliver data analytics solutions on time.
• Analyze complex datasets to answer business questions and drive improvements.
• Create source-to-target mappings and information-model specs for data sets.

Compensation: Budgeted between $95,400 and $124,000 dependent upon applicable experience.

Remote: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake.
• Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.
• Work directly with management and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of data analytics solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to answer key questions from stakeholders and drive business performance improvements.
• Create source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
• Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
• Develop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Present information using advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
• Document all processes, methodologies, and findings thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS.
• Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience in the software development industry.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
